It would really be useful for people wanting to learn toning exercises and stretches. I found myself mapping out my own life plan as I read. Highly recommend this read. WOW, i love reading about real life stories, those from tragedy to TRIUMPH. Bhagavad Gita or The Message of the Master. This is a fine book, but both the front and back covers bend and curl up all by themselves.
